I am trying to save the user settings from one computer to another.

I googled and found this on windows website.

Tried it seems to add the background from one user but not all the users names/ backgrounds and settings.

    Any help would be great.

You need to use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard in Accessories > System Tools in your All Programs menu. The article you were reading only applies to MS Office, not to XP.

It gave me the exact same results. When I save the settings it saves the settings and other from the user i am working on and transfers those setting to the admin. It doesn't the users and setting over.

Do I need to save settings AND files?

I assume you need to logon each user in turn and run it. Ages since I last looked at it but seem to remember it offers you quite a lot of tick boxes so you can define exactly what it is you want to transfer.
