    I'm not really an ASP programmer but from the looks of it it looks like your trying to access a object that happens to be null. Does 'file1' actually contain an object?
    It's hard to say what the problem is with only 5 lines of code.

    I was filling out an information sheet pertaining to Rottweiler Rescue that is posted on their web site (name, address, etc)
    When I cued "send" that popped up. Retried, got same thing.

    You need to talk to the sites admins, and they need to fix there error in there script/form.
