Name's Nate and I'm hoping that you people will be nice-ish to this newb and don't haze me that much lol

Just a question though, besides helping me out with my computer, can y'all also help me with some tech like my Cell phone or iTouch? if it ever occurs...


like how my cell phone, the original Samsung Blackjack has only occasionally been able to recieve txt msgs...when I went to the store, they said that it was a network problem they were having around here and would be fixed soon...is that a reasonable explanation?
