SBS 2003 issue

We have been running SBS 2003 for a little over a year now and just recently have begun having an annoying issue with the routing and remote access service periodically stopping at 12:01 am. It doesn't always happen which is driving me nuts, and the event logs are only noting it as information. The event id is 7035.

System
Dell Poweredge 1800
dual xeon 3.0GHz/2MB cache
2GB ddr2 40MHz memory
running SBS 2003 Premium ed. SP1

A/V is Trend Micro Client/Server/Messaging
Backup software is Veritas BackupExec

The backup is scheduled for 11:45 pm everyday and has been running no problem (usally taking until 3:30 am to finish).
