scanners *

i'm starting to wish scanners never existed.

I logged on to the hp webpage for the printer/scanner.
When going into scan settings , network folder setup it directs me to a https webpage. I continue with that. The page it shows me has the hp logo at the top and border. But the content which is suppose to be their for me to chnage isn't any ideas, i have only tried with internet explorer 9... but that should be fine...

If their is any one with good knowledge on Ricoh Aficio MP 3100 , i have set up the scan with the email addresses and then gives back an error of sender has not been specified, any ideas where i have gone wrong.

in the address book i have put a user, email address.

and in the email settings i have put the administrator email address and password??? I've set up the smb for now...
