Scanning Software

    We are using a product from EBE Software for scanning and workflow.
    When we approve an invoice we use an electronic stamp for approval.
    On one PC it shows the stamp, but when foward to the next workflow job, the stamp does not show. This only happens on one PC. We have reset the PC back to factory defaults and it works from my office, but when I take it to the other office, the approval stamp will not work. Does anyone have any thoughts?
