Schedule Task At Process Start

    I want to schedule a task to run when a certain process (ehrec.exe) starts on my system.

    Anyone have any ideas how I could accomplish this?

    I tried using the Windows Task Scheduler, but it doesn't give an option to schedule a task at a process start.
