SCO e-mail: No 'smoking gun' in Linux code

    So, what exactly is SCO sueing IBM over anyway. If the premise of the case is that IBM illegally used Unix code in linux; and SCO has to date failed to find or produce said 'code'. Doesn't seem like SCO has much of a case.
