screen auotomatically repositioning

i just thought i would ask if any one of you knew about this, my screen keeps repositioning itself every minute or so, kind of odd and annoying, is this a virus trojan? and is there a cure?

 

Repositioning in what way, and to what degree???? Slight shift up or down, or side to side??? Or flipping upside down or something??? More info please

 

Kind of hard to explain, but ill do my best, when i was in the middle of listening to some music with wmp it my screen just all the suddon jumped to the left, i didnt think much of it untill it did it again except this time the screen was repositioned to the left, abd each time it repositioned it was like 1/4 of my screen was missing, since then i reformatted my computer again, so im not having the trouble any more, but i would still like to know what the heck was going on , so if any one does know what this is caused by i would be greatly thankful, mEcroneo

 

Any chance someone put a practical joke program on your computer that you didn't know about? IIRC, there is one that will do that.

If that's what it is, you can disable it by moving your cursor to the top left of the screen.

 

I'm pretty positive that it was not a practical joke but, i could be wrong... i have played around with those in the past quite entertaining for a while
