Screen Capture with Hdmi output

Hi,
Ive been looking around and struggled to find anything that suits my needs.
Im looking for a Screen capture card that will allow me to crop and select parts of video playing on a computer, this will then to be sent at high resolutions of upto 1920 x 1080 on the fly out via HDMI or component to a dvd recorder/bluray recorder.
Can anyone suggest or know of anything that may acheive this?

Sadly, delays in getting your answers are compounded by the fact you failed to tell us anything about your computer. I hesitantly "assume" this is a PC, but we don't know what type slots you have available (PCI or PCIe), nor do we know what operating system you are using. Also, since there are capture cards that interface via USB, knowing if that would work would be nice too.

I dont know if this is how you welcome all your new members but your message smacks of sarcasm and non helpful advice. After 1700+ posts on Major Geeks and investing time on the forums your approach is counter productive to the 'community'.
I apologise for not adding further information but this PC hasnt been built yet. So wether its PCI, PCie, USB, a break out box etc isnt a factor, a PC would be built around the component enabling me to do this. Any Windows os post xp will be fine.

I always look online first hence the reason for me to ask on forums (and the reason why this forum exists- what is the point in this forum if the default answer is use google or bing?!)
I have looked at options from the 'gamers screen capture market' from Elgato game capture HD to roxios game capture to grassvalley, blackmagic which require ingestion into editing programs which is not what i need and me querying if anyone knew of anything that would help in what i was requiring. I wrote exactly how it needed to function so the lack of replys made me think that no one had a suggestion to offer.
