Screen Display and Typing Problem

Help! Words and drop down boxes are piling on top of each other. Some web pages the fonts are way too large others are ok. When typing the curser jumps into the middle of previously typed words or lines causing me to have to go back and correct every few words. Some times if pointer crosses over links it causes other windows to open, like adds on the pages. Also for no reason it acts like I hit page down or up. I had to reinstall windows xp and it has acted up every since. I have internet explore 6. Thanks, kat

Try running this first (Assuming the problem is IE only).
IEFix:

Run this nest (both cleaner and issues)"
CCleaner:

I have CCleaner and use it. I downloaded IEfix and it ask for the file "IEXPLOR.EXE" on the Service Pack CD which I don't have. Any suggestions?

You might want to uninstall IE ...then reinstall ....run ccleaner in between (esp. cleaner and issues!).

HI!
The IEXPLORE.EXE file you need should be in you I386 folder.(INSTALL BACKUPS)
Before you use IE Fix, do a file search for IEXPLORE.EXE and you should see the I386 files and the path to it.(IEXPLORE.EXE)
