Screen goes black at welcome screen

Hi, I'm currently running Windows 17 on a Dell Inspiron N7110. When I first got the laptop, everything was fine, but at a certain point a few months back, my screen would go black and my mouse/keyboard wouldn't get a signal when it should have hit the Windows screen. I eventually figured out it was my Nvidia GEforce 525M driver causing the error and I've disabled it, but I'd very much like to have a working Nvidia driver as I use my laptop for gaming. It's far too late to do a system restore, and I figure my Nvidia is probably fighting with something upon booting. In my event log I get

Any suggestions? And I can't turn my Nvidia on whatsoever because it causes my screen to go black.

Start
Run msconfig
Startup tab

removing ticks except for antivirus

restarting your laptop is necessary

What is your antivirus ?
What is the programmes do you have installed in your machine ? :wave

 

Do you want me to list all of the programs? I have a lot of games and miscellanious programs. Currently using NET and Malwarebytes for anti-virus
