Screen Goes Black When On Internet

well, this just started---my screen goes black when on the internet---have Avast, Advanced SystemCare8, Smart Defrag, IObit malware remover and driver updater all downloaded from here. What info do you need from me to solve this---have Windows 7

 

sorry, it's only when I'm using Goggle Chrome and not all the time. If I close it out then re-open it's ok. "Favorites" bar and address bar are visible---all else goes black

yea, starting using Mozilla----one more problem; can't play a DVD on my laptop---when I open Windows Media Player, I get a window stating "your computer is running low on memory, quit other programs and try again"---all my drivers are up to date and I have anti-virus, malware protection, defrag and advanced system care all downloaded from here--this just started as well

 

Task Manager tells you what memory your programs and services are using. It's constantly changing so you do need to study it for a few minutes to get a clearer picture.
