Screen Not working

    I have a dell Inspiron 2200. The screen Just shows up black, The harddrive lite is flashing, You can hear the fan running.confused
    But when you first turn it on the screen comes for just a split sec.you can see the dell logo,then is black again. Anyone have any ideas Thanks in advance Chuck

    Can you go to safe mode?If you can,uninstall graphic driver,and install it again.

    Well I think from what I have read that its the inverter .Could someone tell were the board is located. Thanks Chuck
