    What exactly does this mean? " Everytime I open up windows my screen resolution is set at 125"?

    What is the 125? My screen resolution is 1680x1050. I have never seen it as just one number.

    What I'm referring to is the "ZOOM LEVEL" in the bottom right corner of the windows explorer screen. I've always seen it set at 100% and mine is set at 125%. I can custom change it for this screen only,but once I open other it opens at 125%. It has become annoying to keep changing the zoom. i want to permenently set it at 100%. Hope this helps.

    I found this here:
    * Open Internet Explorer
    * From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
    * Select the Advanced tab
    * Under Accessibility, deselect the following option:

    Reset Zoom level to 100% for new windows and tabs

    * Click OK

    The user specified Zoom level setting must be preserved from now on.

    **HOWEVER, to reset it to 100%, you may want to try the above steps, close ALL Internet Explorer windows, reopen, and then go back in and re-check the Reset Zoom level to 100% for new windows and tabs.
