Screensaver from live webcam

Hi

does anyone know a way to setup a webcam as screensaver, the url for it is rtsp://94.228.215.67:1935/live/livecam009.stream so I see the live stream.

I searched google but could find anything, the closet thing I found is V-CamShow but doesn't support rtsp.

Trying to get it to work on a windows 7 and/or 8

Here is my work around... that works...using MPC from http://mpc-hc.org/ 64 bit.. your path may have to be changed..where mine is -hc64.exe.
Go to Donation Coder and get RunSaver.scr

Installation:
Just like any other screensaver, just place it in your Windows-folder (C:\Windows\System32), and install and configure it through the Screensaver settings in the Control panel.
Select the RunSaver as your screen saver, click settings and paste
C:\Program Files\MPC-HC\mpc-hc64.exe
rtsp://94.228.215.67:1935/live/livecam009.stream /fullscreen

Click Ok

or edit the RunSaver.ini file to read:
[Settings]
command= C:\Program Files\MPC-HC\mpc-hc64.exe
rtsp://94.228.215.67:1935/live/livecam009.stream /fullscreen

Hitting the spacebar to "wake up" only pauses the video... escape to exit.
