Hi all - I'm going to beat you to it: Get Mozilla or Safari! I have to resolve this problem. I did a system restore because my AVG virus program was doing weird stuff. When I restored I thought that all was good and I uninstalled AVG and loaded Avira. I used AVGs own uninstall software. I ran Avira, CCleaner, Malwarebytes and it seemed things were OK. I got on IE11 (Get off IE!! I know). My favorites were suddenly in alphabetical order. I Googled and tried some easy fixes but they didn't work. I'm a bit scared to mess with the registry.

Then Script errors started popping up. Especially in Twitter but elsewhere also. The URL it gives me is always different except in Twitter I get something starting with abs.twing.com "blah blah blah blah" Apparently that's some kind of software. I get all kind of weird messages when it gives the URL. It won't close whether I chose to keep running the scripts on the page or not. I can't even click out of IE. I kill it in the Task Manager.
I've been able to Disable script debugging in IE and in other. I can't remember the language but in that area I told it to stop alerting me to all script errors. It made no difference. I have to fix this. I have so much on IE and starting a new Mozilla download (which I just downloaded) will take so much time. Thanks for any help.
