sdram, ddrsdram and my gfx card

My friend sent his GeForce FX 5900 Ultra back to the manufacturer because his cooling fan was not working when he bought it, so what happened was he received a GeForce 6800 Ultra, a GeForce 6800 GT and a GeForce 6800 GTO....Now he installed the GeForce 6800 Ultra in his computer and said I can buy either the GT or the GTO.....so which is better: the GT or the GTO; Also, is it possible to put one of these cards into a computer that has a motherboard for SDRam only, cause if so I will buy the other one from him as well to put in my other older computer......

Some insight, please?

 

Ill buy the GT from him [no really im looking to buy a gt; pm] how the hell did he get 3 cards out of one RMA?

GTO = GT oc'd (overclocked) i doubt that you will get even half performance out of that card if you have Sdram installed. those cards are for high end systems w/o choke points.

 

so i should buy both from him them.....okay...so the gto should go in my good comp and the gt should go in my older one with the sdram then.....so did he make a mistake by keeping his 6800 ultra...or does it matter........

 

You'll need a AGP slot, to install either card in that older PC.

 

okay...just checked...lol....thanx...got scared for a minute....i know my new one does...cause I have a GeFORCE FX 5200 in there now.....so which is best an ultra, gt or gto 6800?
