Search causing reboot

    Hi Geeks. This is all the info I know for now. My dad calls and says that his XP box is rebooting every time he searches for any files and folders. He goes to start/search and any search he makes there the computer reboots. I have instructed him to turn off the automatically restart in the Startup and Recovery box. He will let me know what happens next. But has anyone come across this one?
