Search Extender+Shopping Wizard= Headache

i've been having lots of problems with spyware on my computer and i've been using spybot and adaware for a while now. theyve been working ok, but i found shopping wizard and search extender on my computer, and adaware and spybot dont seem to do squat about it. i downloaded hijack this but i have no idea which boxes to check, im not that computer savvy. could someone please help me get rid of these? thanks.

In addition to what MA has told you. Pay close attention to running the steps with HSremove and About:Buster. Shopping Wizard and Search Extender are part of the HSA aka "Only the Best" hijacker. If those steps do not resolve your problems, the next step is going to be a complicated and long procedure. Wow, thanks for the advice. Not only are the Search Extender and Shopping Wizard gone, but I also found loads of trojans and spyware that I had no idea were on my computer. Everything appears to be clean now, and my computer is running pretty smoothly. If anything else goes wrong I'll check back. You guys rule, thanks a lot.

You're welcome. But I hope this is not too premature. These HSA hijackers are real stubborn a typically do come back within a few reboots or a few sessions of opening and closing Internet Explorer.
