How can I find the most downloaded app in a category?

Say a media player or a defrag app?

Just remember that "most downloaded" isn't always the same as best.

Case in point: What was the most Googled name in 2011? Here's a hint:

On the left side of the main page is the 'Files' section. After clicking on a category, near the top of the page the category can be sorted by name, date, license (freeware or shareware), operating system or popularity.
