Secure file deletion software?

Anyone know any good programs?

Im using a Shared laptop at work whilst my own is tied up. Now i happen to do my CV's and temporary accounts on this laptop in my spare hours at work. I want a simple program that deletes files in a way that they can never ever be recovered.

I used to use window washer, but my free trial is up, and i dont want to pay for it, as i only use the bleach feature. I dont want any bloat or other features, just something that can delete sing or multplie files permanantly
