Security Centre not playing ball

Malaware clear but my Windows Security Centre will not start and through services it says "Error 1084. Cannot start in Safe mode." I don't believe I am in Safe mode. Novice at work. Help anyone

 

What operating system are you using?

Download SystemLook and save it to your desktop.
Double click to run it. On Vista or Win 7 right click and 'Run as administrator'.
Paste the content of the following code box into SystemLook's main window

Press 'Look' and a log file will be saved to the location (desktop) from which you ran it.
Zip the log and attach it to your post. (How to attach items)
