   Is this something important I should worry about. It won't install it keeps giving me an error message, and fails to install. I did what it said to do if it did not install correctly and it still says that it can't. I have been looking thru the update history and it seems there has always been a problem with it and it has never installed ?

   Do you have MS Works on the computer? Do you have MS Office on the computer? If so, what version? What version of windows are you running?
   
   What is the exact error message? What updates were you unable to install?
