Selection Non Responsive

Got a solicited Outlook email which I opened.
That brought up several major areas or topics with the option to select one by cuing on a "button" for that one.
However, that accomplishes nothing, regardless of whether I click with the left or right mouse button. There are no url's, (?) to copy or select, nor could I find anything else to select or cue to open the sub category.
Not sure what is going on! Why set things up so one can select a topic if selecting does nothing.
Almost sounds like I designed it, and I am an illiterate computer illiterate

Tried another email. Not sure if another mailing is from same outfit (see previous), but same situation

 

That "Button" may open in a pop-up window. Do you have pop-ups blocked?

 

It may also require images/links to be shown in full in the body of the email, if they are not on by default.

 

I did not set computer for blocking pop ups. Only had this unit for a few weeks
