Sergei Strelec Win Pe - Antivirus Reporting 23 Threats

Hi everyone,
I've downloaded the ISO and scanned it with ES*T Antivirus. It reported 23 threats. It has been downloaded so many times - can this "Distro" be trusted regardless of the scan report?

It checks 67 companies. I just checked something and 2 out of the 64 (the other 3 companies couldn't process the file type) said it showed something. I'll trust and use the program.

@plodr: uploading to virustotal takes too long, my ISP only allows 100 KB/s.
If only 2 AVs on virustotal displayed threats, then why does my PC version show so many?
I don't know if I can trust it.

on virustotal only files up to circa 600 MB are accepted for upload. So I couldn't scan the strelec ISO on virustotal. Maybe some messages of my AV were false alarm, but I have still doubts and so I don't use this
