serial port splitting

    I need a way to split data that is coming in from a serial port. ie i need it to go to 2 diffent com port. I did a search on google and i found a bunch of software that would do it but it all cost like $100 which is way more than i want to spend. If anyone knows of software that would do this and it is free or pretty cheap please let me know. Also it needs to run in Windows.
