Hey, first of all i dont know if this goes here, but ill give it a try:

Firstly, im trying to find out how to make a scrolling text box on serif webplus programme, as im trying to create a website per my A-Levels. Basically i want to add it to meet certain criteria of the mark scheme

secondly same as above regarding criteria, but this is about HTML, im wondering how i make a vertically scrolling upwards marquee to place on the web page. To be honest, the whole HTML coding is jibba-jabba to me. But i figured id try here to get some help, as our ICT tutor doesnt know about HTML either...

    ...Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

To get a marquee that scrolls upwards you could use the marquee tags, add the attribute direction and set the value to up. For example,

    <marquee direction="up">Stuff</marquee>

Should work. I'm not sure wether or not the marquee tag is depricated or not, or how cross compatible it is, that's something you might want to research. And of course you'll probably want to change some other things like width, height, border, colors(border, background, text, etc.), all that good stuff.
