Serif Photo Plus 6.0 help

Does anyone know how to erase wrinkles (facial lines) in this program? What tool and how do you get the skin texture? My clone doesn't seem to work no matter how many ways I try it.

Also, can anyone recommend a free tutorial for this program? (or for Photoshop since it's very similar).

Thanks, Halo! I found some great recommendations on this site http://www.techsupportalert.com/best_46_free_utilities.htm. "46 Best Ever Freeware" and it give a little description and review of each. I got the Serif PhotoPlus there as well as some other things. I was happy to see many of MG picks were also on there. Thanks for your help

Thanks, Halo...but it's a dead link. I tried it before and it just gives me a blank page. I wish it did work because I'm pretty clueless with photoshopping.

How do I remove an object from one picture and place it into another properly?? I got it to copy and paste into the second photo, but then I can't move it, and part of the first piece got covered with part of the second photo.

Is there any good tutorials for serif photo plus 6.0?????
