I have searched all around this forum and others for answers. I even made a PlayNC support ticket which they are now not responding to me anymore.

Now, 2 days ago I got the err007 disconnection. Which is a random disconnection whenever you are in the game. And ever since then, it happens every time I log on about 5 minutes later maybe even sooner. So the game is unplayable. This has never happened to me ever since I first started playing it. And I have made no changes to my router or computer recently. I have tried just about every single thing to try to fix this. System Restore, virus and malware scan, port forward, allowed it through my firewall, re-install with "-image" in the shortcut, resetting the router and the modem, updating my drivers. Etc. My ISP said they have not had any problems recently. Everything else works perfectly fine. It is only Guild Wars. I also did a diagnostic report and sent that in my PlayNC Ticket.

As for my information, I am running a HP Vista Laptop and a wireless connection using a Linksys WRT54GS router. Note that I have tried connecting my laptop directly to the modem and the same thing still happens. My ISP is Atlantic Broadband.

I have been talking to other players and it seems to be happening to them too. In better or worse conditions. And I have been hearing about incredible lag spikes in the past few days.

This is ridiculous, I don't know what to do anymore, any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if you guys need anymore information let me know. Thanks a lot.

I play another NCSoft MMO, Dungeon Runners, and they did have some connection issues a while back. They have now been resolved, and hopefully, so have your issues. If not, next time you have this problem, open a commend prompt and type in "tracert", without the ". That will tell you where between your computer and the NCSoft servers your connection is lost.
