Server 2003 Std, BSOD 3 times now wont boot

Windows Server 2003 fell over 3 times this morning with 8e, 7e and finally 7f errors, now it will not boot completely.

Safemode gets as far as acpitabl then stalls to move no further forward at all.

Tried booting to recovery console only to get a message saying there are no hard disks installed yet the Intel RAID controller reports 2 disks behaving properly.

Network is down and I am stuck, what next?

 

After about 8 minutes the safe mode boot crashed with the following STOP error
STOP: 0x0000008e (0xC0000005, 0x809413C4, 0xF6C3C92C, 0x00000000)

No mention of drivers or anything else.
