    Hi all,

My server is running Windows Server 2003 serving users between two sites and we seem to be having problems seeing all the network both on the server and on the local machines but yet everyone can connect.

    Let me explain.

On the server I go to My Network Places > Entire Network > Windows Network > My Domain and I can see 70% of the machine that are on my Domain listed there. Some of the ones I cant see are definately logged into the domain as I am looking at the desktops through LogMeIn and can og them in and out without issue. There is no geographical constant to seperate those machines I can and cannot see. (I can see some machines from both sites but not all machnes from either site)

On some of the desktops following the same route I can see all of the machines, on others its the same as the server with some from each but not all and on others I can only see those on the same site.

Any ideas why this might be happening? I also have a print spooler that keeps turning itself off but so far thats only affecting the terminal services bods so thats issue number 2 on my list.

All help greatly appreciated because I've been at this one all day and gone round in a big old circle. Oh and to top it off one of the users has suddenly lost the option to sht down his laptop and can only log it off:cry
