I have this server with only enough space left for the virtual memory set at a maximum of 3072 on the harddrive, can this cause the server in question to reboot itself on the hour.

    :cool :cry :(

Can't say I've ever seen it happen. I wouldn't be looking at drive space as a cause of reboots. What do the event logs look like?

I noticed the hard drive space go down to 0 % left and this pc sent out a message to to a win2k system telling it will reboot in 45 minutes, this happened right after I noticed the space went down to % left.

Well, the easiest way to eliminate disk space as a suspect is to free up disk space!

    Some suggestions:

    1. Reduce the pagefile size. 3GB is excessive. By a large factor.
    2. Move data files to a spare hard drive.

I suppose I shouldn't be so quick to dismiss drive space as the culprit. If Windows can't write files to the drive, there's trouble. This is the route to take, I believe. Eliminate disk space as the culprit.
