   Quick question... Ive read microsofts tutorial on Setting up VPN server on win2000... however, im quite confused on what to place on Server Address field... since temporarily, the server uses a dial-up connection -- so that its ip address is dynamic.

   Do you have the hostname of the server? If so you can put that in there and will work fine.
   
   or set up a Dynamic DNS on the machine
