service and controller app problems please help

well where to begin..i had this trojan virus on my comp..i downloaded avg antivirus and go rid of it..when i had to restart my compter i got this error and when i click send error report or don't send it shuts down my computer in like 1 min.

i have there error acually pulled right now and im gonna type out everthing it says
