Service Pack 2 Issue

    I just upgraded to service pack 2 under windows XP, and had a problem. When I'm scrolling either up or down in Internet Explorer it sort of lags or freezes for a fraction of a second. As long as I'm scrolling it keeps doing that. i've experienced this before on a new installation of Win Xp on a laptop. Has anyone ever heard of this? If so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
