Service Pack download

I can not download service 2 or 3 to my computer- the error reads

"can not read to or write from disk" I am downloading off the site and have not disk

Also I ran the whole malware program and still couldn't download it.

I was being helped by someone in Malware but they never got back to me.

If someone could please tell me why I can't download I would appreciate it. Thanks

 

yes I did do those steps except I couldn't find the 'documents\settings nov 10

other than that I did all those things and even replied in a new thread because for some reason the post wouldn't let me reply to it.

And tried to download SP3 and could not

also the link he sent me to had sp3 to buy but I found a free download and still couldn't download it

any idea why?

You now have 3 threads going over two forums in an attempt to resolve the final details of your malware issue. Starting another thread here instead of replying with the issues you are experiencing in the thread in Malware that TimW and now Chaslang are trying to assist you with is not going to help you. They are unlikely to read this thread!
