Services by Date of appearance?

Was wondering if anyone ever heard of program that could tell you when your Services first appeared on the list? It would seem like a very handy tool for those wondering when it is all those extra Services appeared.

For those of you who don't know what a Service is, I put a picture of the box where services are listed. Also note that you can access the Services window by pressing ctrl+alt+delete and clicking on Task Manage(shown in the second pick)

 

Sorry, just an update.......This program can track all new services between the last time you used it. But I'm not paying money for something like this..... StartEd
