SetHandleContext in KERNEL32.dll

    On attempting to install AdobeDonloadManager.exe on my windows 2000 I get the following message,"The procedure entry point SetHandleContext could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll". What does that signify and how can I get it corrected.
