Setting affinities permanently on a multi-core CPUs

    It is possible to set the affinity of a thread to a particular core or combination of cores using task manager.

    Is there a way of setting the affinity permanently, so that whenever the particular thread is started again it will automatically use only the core(s) previously assigned?
