Trying to install a program via cd/dvd, windows xp sp2: will not autoload, checking the cd drive 'properties' states "could not set the volume label (IN_DESIGN_2).
    Access denied.

Have loaded this program "IN Design2" on other computers with XP sp2 and had no problem. Tried to load on HP pavilion ze5400.... no go.

Think I need an update or I have a switch turned off/on somewhere.
