Setting up Asus P5WDW2 Premium??

I could use some help setting up my machine. First let me say everthing runs OK, no crashes or anything like that. I just think it should be running better. I ran the basis test for PCMark05 and 3DKark06 and I think my scores are not to good but I really don't understand them. Anyway this is my system:

I am not sure how this mobo should be configured or if I should have the video card set up a certain way. Below you will see my scores.

I am looking for suggestions on the proper way to set up this machine. I have tried alot of setting from the Asus forum but I can't improve these scores. What should I do??

Have you ran Sandra on your system? It may have some suggestions. Sandra may find some install or configuration settings you can tinker with or maybe some updates. Or maybe nothing.

 

I am not familliar with Sandra. Is it a free program?

 

It's free, it's shareware. And there may be a freeware version too, I'm not sure. I'd bet it's on this site for download somewhere, but it may be faster if you just googled "Sandra freeware" or something like that.

You'll probably know it when you find it. ;^)
