Setting up home network issue

Have tried everything that I know of thus far, Its prolly an issue so small it was over looked, but maybe you can help.
I have check through many forums looking for an anwser.
I have 2 computers connected through a Linksys Router, Computer 2 is able to see computer 1, and can browse through the shared folders with no issues, but computer 2 can not access computer one. The error that i am receiving is as follows.


\\computer 2 is not accessable, you might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the adminastrator of this server to find out if you have acces permissions.

Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.

Have you checked for possible firewall issue with both computers?

 

Has anyone encountered that error message before? I've tried everything that I can think of.

 

Yes I have had that error before that's why I'm asking about firewalls on both comuters if they have been configured correctly if you even have a firewall please let me know right away.

 

Norton Internet Security package. '05.

 

Have you tried restarting both computers???

 

Make sure the following ports are Permitted in Norton Internet Security

TCP 139
TCP 445
UDP 137
UDP 138

 

Dont forget the windows firewall, its often overlooked because it's turned on by default, and once turned off, ( in my case) it sometimes turns itself back on for no reason
