Setting up Linksys RE1000 Range Extender.

Im trying to get my wireless extender to work but I keep running into problems. It tells me to plug it in close to where my wireless router is. So I do and then the next step says its searching for the extender and it finds it. Then it asks me to enter in my networks wifi pw so I do. Then it tells me that the password is incorrect. I know for a fact it is not because I went into the router settings and got the pw and copy and pasted it and tried typing it in manually a bunch of times. It still tells me that the wifi password is incorrect. Im not sure what im doing wrong any one have any idea? And the router and the extender are compatible I checked.

 

Never mind you can remove this post I got it to work.

I was just entering the wifi password incorrectly lol
