setting up netlimiter pro 2.0.10

hello all,

i have posted on this topic befor but it was not detailed enough, hope this time someone helps with the additional details i got.

am trying to setup netlimiter pro 2.0.10 to work in the internet cafe which i am the manager of. there are 10 PCs connected through LAN(wired) to a router with 512 kb speed(there is a screen shot of one of the client's computer LAN properties-please if someone could explain it cuz am not experienced with networing).I am operating from the manager PC that has the IP adress of : 192.168.0.2 and was unable to connect to any client PC through netlimiter remote administration screen. it just reverts to diconnected once i click 'connect'. the second screenshot is what netlimiter RA looks like. am entering a client's ip in the 'computer' field and leaving all the other fields empty.

p.s.

-XP SP2 installed on all PCs.
-firewalls disabled on all computers.
-am using easy cafe for managment.
