I had a lot of junk files on my computer and decided to format my hard drive and re-install my OS, but when I loaded my Windows XP Professional disk, I was greeted with the message," An unexpected error (0) occurred at line 1773 in d:\xpcpb1\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c". I was running 2 x 80 Gb HDDs', DVD burner and CD Burner, Athlon XP 3200 processor, 3 x 512 Mb DDR RAM, etc., etc.
I removed the second drive, the DVD and CD drives, but the same message still comes up, despite there now not being any "D" drive. Please help!

Thank you very much, Kodo, for your very prompt and informative advice. I will check my RAM modules over the weekend.
