SFV Files?

    i downloaded something it has a set of files and one SFV file what do i do with them ?

    how do i compile burn this download there are 8 file and a sfv file? i assume i have to turn something into a cus/bin thing i have treid extrecting them wih winrar but it just makes them into the same fiels as they are before extraction?
