   I understand that SGBHP is some type of hijack program, had it turn up in an error message after Excel froze up the computer on opening a file. It doesn't show up on my HiJack This log.
   Can't open any Excel file, just freezes. Any idea about this SGBHP?

   my understanding is that is part of spyware guard is ok.. but it may cause CPU usage to go to 100%.. try terminating spyware guard and running excel again.
