Share application across Network

I have a windows computer with program A on it and I have two other windows computers. I want to be able to run the program with the other two computers across the network.

 

For $300 it looks like you can do that with a Standard Edition (3 connections for 1 server )

Not possible AFAIK, at least in the sense I think you mean, but you can use a remote control program to control any program installed on another computer on the network. The other computer's display is shown in a normal window on the machine you are using and all the usual mouse/keyboard/touchscreen facilities operate exactly as if the software was installed on the system. I do this all of the time and haven't found anything yet to touch Teamviewer (free).

EDIT - foogoos' suggestion clearly proves it is posiible, at a cost.
