Can anyone tell me how to import/move folders or documents between a partitioned drive? My daughter partitioned the comp. and we all log in/out but want to move certain folders to thier respective section.
My partners folders are in my section, but none in hers? Oh back to the days when it was ALL mine! Mine i tell you!

    hi dave,
you have to remember that if you have partioned your drive, unless you are dual booting.
Your o/s (in your case windows me) will only sit on one partition as in if you split your drive up into 2 partitions and created c: drive and d: drive by default win me will sit on c unless you specified otherwise.

So all your system files and programs as msn, spybot, avg, games will go where your o/s sits unless on installation of those programs you tell it where or what drive to put it on.

Some programs will by there nature only operate from c:drive.

For me i find is better to have no user accounts and hide your files using folder options and get your self a new or built computer to use your self and share your broadband connection via routers of which you might need onsight support for.

I wonder if you've a neighbour or a buddy who could help you achieve that why i could cause i will be living down the way from you as iam the manager of st marys and glad to be of help buddy.

we must talk some more about it.

    rob whose your mate.

but left and became a manager. :)
    there is life outside i.b.c :) :) :) :)
